My artistic journey began in 2010 in Somerset West, South Africa, with the creation of TaylorJewel. What started as childhood sketches blossomed into a passion for crafting bespoke jewelry while living in Fish Hoek, Cape Town.

In a significant life change, I brought TaylorJewel across the globe to Davis County, Utah. Here the brand continues to thrive, blending South African artistic roots with American innovation. This transition also amplified my passion for painting and photography.
I draw from dramatic landscapes — from Yellowstone to Cape Town — and from travel through nine countries. Unexpectedly, perhaps, I'm also an avid rock concert enthusiast. The energy and lighting at live shows often inspire both paintings and photographs. The same eye for detail from jewelry design carries into how I compose my art.
